We currently deliver only within Pakistan. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not send any product back without our approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly send:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or a short video of the product

• A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products

• Beauty products

• Used products

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method or bank transfer (where applicable) within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the customer wishes to return a product for any other approved reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Delivery Area

At this time, HafizMart delivers only within Pakistan.
